Unfortunately, I made the mistake and bought this because I read a review on here saying it does. This device installs a driver onto your system to be used. You must have at least Windows 7 and below and Mac OSX v10.0 and older to use. I have a Windows 10 PC and a I have a Mac Book Pro with El Capitan v.10.11.3. Incompatible! And I had to talk to a Belkin rep just to find this out. The box says different for requirements. Please don't waste your money on this item. If I knew it wasn't for my system I wouldn't of bought it. Btw, you need to update the driver in order to use it, but since its old you need an older system to use it for your Nintendo Wii U or any other game console. Dissapointed I went through all this just to not have it work. #retund
