Did NOT work as advertised.

Advertises that it does up to 4k@144 hz but when I plugged it into my monitor it didn't give me any options above 60 hz, even at lower resolutions. Spoke to customer service on Belkin website and was basically told "Oh guess your monitor must not be compatible". Didn't seem like they cared too much. Used another cable and was able to get up to 165 hz.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend
