Great secure card reader. Works very consistently in comparison to other secure card readers on the market. Two lights on top of unit are very easy to see and understand in regard to secure card reading. Recommend this product to anyone frustrated with the multiple cheap quality, inconsistent card readers available on the market.

Did the job. Attached to the computer via USB. Was detected by the computer and worked like a charm.

The card reader serves its intended purpose nicely. The only drawback -- in my opinion -- is the construction. It's made of a hard cheap plastic that I'm certain will crack if dropped.

It took a lot of troubleshooting to work. Other Smart Card readers work automatically as the drivers load when you plug them into the USB.

The CAC Card Reader works like a champ - no hiccups. The CAC reader provides a reliable means to digitally sign any documents with an encrypted card. This is a great device.

All the reviews of others saying that it doesn’t work for military is crazy. It says plug and play but remember you are dealing with security so you may have to make changes to your computer. If the server doesn’t think you’re computer or certificate is safe then it won’t work. Go to Belkin’s website and look at troubleshooting steps. Followed the steps and it worked perfectly.

Have a government CAC and this is one of the readers that other people have recommended to use. Have not had an issue with it reading my card on several different computers. Very light weight and has lighting on it that shows when the card is being read. Great for working from home or travelling.

This is the most economical and easiest card reader.

Like the title says it was simple to do and performed great.

This works for reading CACs and smartcards, install just by connecting it to the laptop and isn't made in China, so it's not at risk from spying via already installed components. It does have a light, maybe flimsy feel, but that hasn't impacted its usability.

Works perfectly for the purpose intended. Set up was very easy and seamless with my MacBook Air. Overall very content with this CAC Reader that allows me to conduct work from home more effortlessly.

this card reader is a life saver, it allows me to access my company’s system from home. Thanks to the card reader I can complete my daily mission of meeting my stakeholders needs. I applied a piece of tape to the card readers so it sticks to the back of my screen. Desperate times.
