So..I like this startup kit as they state, but I just don't enjoy that it's so temperamental. It'll connect sometimes. (it depends on if I throw the right amount of salt grains over my shoulder WITH the right amount of velocity and or finesse) Maybe it just needs a firmware update? WHEN it does connect and I am able to switch colors from my phone (the only way you can) then it's awesome! People ask me where I got it and how much I paid (exact questions I ask when I see something I want and plan to buy) I spare them the connectivity issues because I just want to be positive about it. PLEASE just work ( I chant this when I got to make it work) I think it works when I do that! (Sometimes)

Spent 3 hrs with 2 different customer support staff and in summary, this thing simply does not and will not work. The first Customer Rep didn't even know what it was (I had to send him the website link). My best guess is that if your router has any type of security (like WPA or non transmitted SSID) which most do ... then the WEMO will never find your router, the app will not work and there is no way to get it to do so. We reset the lights, reset the router reloaded the app at least three times ... as I say, simply put, it does not work. Unfortunately this is a great idea for a product (I wanted desperately for it to work) but Belkin has announced prematurely. I would wait a year of so and maybe Belkin will get it to work. Right now, it is a waste of your time and money.

Loved this! Easy to set up on the Wemo app, so I can use my smartphone to turn it on and control the colors. It's easy to figure out where to cut and how to connect and the LED lights are actually bright enough to light up my entire bedroom (I have the strip running along my headboard) depending on the color and light "temperature" of course. Plenty of colors and brightness levels to choose from.

Set up was a little glitchy, and quality for price isn't the greatest. It doesn't even have a setting to slowly change colors.

They worked great but they stopped working. The WeMo link stopped working. I tried everything that the troubleshooting said to do. Several times! I looked on line to see if anyone else was having the same problem. And everyone is. DO NOT buy this!!!

We love the Osram Flex lighting with the WeMo hub. We already had two other WeMo lights in our home which we also love. The reason with bought the Osram Lightify Flex over the Phillip's Hub was our Amazon Echo. Our Echo and the WeMo system work together. Now we just say, "Alexia turn on the Cabinet Lights" and the cabinet lights come on. Plus the WeMo app is easy to program to set on and off times for each of our WeMo/Osram lights.

Works for what I need it to. There is no extension in between the strips so trying to connect them in between shells or around the back of a TV with 90 degree turns requires some ingenuity. Wish it had wire extensions with it

I love the concept. It worked once and the results were great, but it would not hook up to the Wemo Link. Belkin support was great but said to retuyrn item to store until they fixed the problem.

these are great . Instead of paying the higher price for phillips bought wemo and there just as good

I can't very hard to program ain't never worst They apps neighbor work or connect with a App so no work I'm going to return it

The app it has you install on phone wouldn't connect with Divine there for couldn't change the colors. Had to return.

Bought it as a gift for my parents but their WiFi is horrible where they live, and that created problems with all the features.

Wemo devices do not work very well at all. The app and link needs to connect better

I just hate how you have to plug it in. Why can't everything be wirerless.

I have this set up to illuminate my hallway red whenever someone exits the bathroom or bedroom, so we don't have to feel around and dodge cats. Works pretty well, but it's lost the ability to turn blue for some reason.

This strip can be broken up into three individual strips but whats the point if each seperate strip then, needs a power source? Duh!!!!! people this makes no sense as three seperate pieces... Whyyyyyyyy??!

I used these for my bookshelves in my living room. Really happy with these and have bought more for other places in the house.

I ordered the Osram Lightify Flex not knowing what I might get....I loved it so much I purchased another just like it. I put them above the kitchen cabinets and now I have indirect lighting! They change colors too and I love putting them on the color of my mood. Highly recommended.

I had to return this item because the hub quit working and would longer communicate to the lights

Needed some way of lighting my gun safe and this did an awesome job
