Takes some getting used to
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've used the run of the mill Teflon coated griddles for years and understand the temperatures for the different items being cooked. This griddle seems to cook hotter, so I've backed everything down about 25 degrees. Also I find you should still use some spray oil when using this copper griddle. Otherwise everything cooks very dry & lifeless. But I did this with the Teflon griddles too.
