Easy cleaning

The finish is so easy to clean. Just remember if you cook on high which I haven't found a need to the finish won't last as long so I cook everything on medium around 325 to 350 which works just fine. Highly recommend this product.

Griddle heats up quickly and nonstick surface is effective - durability seems fine, but we only use soft silicon tongs and spatulas. Heat uniformity is reasonable but not as good as the heaviest and most expensive griddles available. Very good value when on sale.

So far so good but it's early...

Other Bella griddles typically last us 6 months to a year at absolute max. Hoping this new cooper "copper titanium" iteration makes it a little longer. Minused a star for past experience. Will adjust if it exceeds expectations.

After a while the nonstick surface starts to fail by the heating element core. For the price of these things we just purchase another one and go on. A waiting to see how long this one will last.

The surface has been wonderful, but the heating is a touch uneven around the edges (reasonable for this price range). We liked this so much (at this price point), that we bought it a second time after our first fell off a storage shelf....
