This is my 3rd griddle, and by far my favorite. The ceramic copper top heats evenly, and the clean up is a breeze.

Ceramic cooking surfaces are quickly becoming the favorites for many home chefs who want a no-stick way to cook foods without the potential health problems and wearing patterns on traditional interfaces like Teflon. This ceramic grill fills the bill nicely: food doesn't stick, you don't use cooking sprays or butter, and you put on only a minimal amount of cooking oil. Just make sure to clean the surface thoroughly with dish detergent and water after every use, and don't use metal cooking utensils. Also, you should never bang a cooking surface like this because the ceramic will crack. Take care of this grill, and you'll have great food and easy cleanup for years.

Can cook just about anything on this griddle! Everything tastes amazing, cooks fast and cleans up nicely.

Perfect large area for making pancakes/French toast. Bacon. Cleans easy with wiping while still warm. Drip tray for grease or fluids.

Price was good. The heat is evenly distributed and very easy to clean by simply wiping it. We've had no problem with it so far.

It's non stick and really convenient to use. Holds about 5 small pancakes and 2 sunny side eggs. Easy to clean since it's non stick.

It heats up fast, extremely quick clean up, and gets the job done. The only thing I would change is to make it slightly larger so I can cook more pancakes at one time.

I'd wanted an electric griddle for a while so I snatched this when it was a deal of the day. Super easy to use and clean! And can cook for everyone at once.

Griddle is a great size. Cleans so easily. Rim around edge so any juices or oils run off and not into other food.
