I used this hand mixer right out of the box. A great bonus was a storage bag and the dough mixing attachment. Led readout for the speeds was a nice touch.

Case looks like stainless, but is lightweight plastic. No low speed so ingredients spray everywhere on counter, wall and me. Because it's light weight, I am not able to prop it against the bowl when scraping down the bowl. It continually falls over. The stand up option had batter dripping on the counter. Very unhappy with it, but I needed a mixer during the holidays. Feel like I'm now stuck with it. Speed push buttons were time consuming.

I have been looking for a 10 speed hand mixer for years and this on has been the only one I could find and it works well

Don't be fooled by the size. This mixer puts most to shame and the speeds are adjustable. Why waste arm power when you could relax and mix 10 times faster.

Stainless steal is nice looking. The mixer price is reasonable. It works great and comes with extra storage.

Used this mixer three times for about 90 seconds each use and it stopped working. No warnings, no burnouts, no idea that the next time I tried to use this mixer it wouldn't work. Not impressed! Don't waste your money.
