Not really 10 speeds
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This mixer claims to have 10 speeds which one might assume to be from slow to fast. But the speeds from one to ten are almost imperceptibly different from each other and they are all fast. They also stick this big label on the side of the mixer which takes hours to remove it along with the sticky glue leftovers. They get one star though because the mixer is stylish looking and they use stainless blade style beaters instead of the useless wisk style beaters that come with other hand mixers on the market. Don't waste your money on this unless all your hand mixing is done at a fast setting with other mixers.

Mixer stopped working the first day I used it

We blended our first batch with no problems. when we started on our second batch, the blend would not start. The display is lit and it flashes but the power button is useless. There is no troubleshooting section in the manual. The only reason I purchased this brand is that it came with a two year warranty and I hoping it would last at least two year but Instead it lasted for about two minutes of use. I'm very disappointing.
