    gotten this to give as a gift. no damage. few months later decided to open the package only to find no cord for this product. didn't get much help for store or the Bella manufacture. still have product since its new, just have to shop around for the cord. so not buying anymore Bella products.

    This flat grill is perfect! I’ve made numerous things so far such as pancakes, eggs, meats, etc. I will add that it’s a bit on the small side but I don’t mind that, it’s enough for me to cook a good amount. The temperature is raised to the correct temp very quickly as well.
