It is so good, maintains heat and actually gets to a high heating level. We love making French toast and bacon. We have also made burgers but we prefer them in the grill. I will recommend this to anyone with limited kitchen space that needs to cook bigger quantities in short period. I do buy more constantly but only when it’s on sale!
