Great counter top cooking

We still use it daily. We’ve cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner on this. I’ve cooked chicken breast for sandwiches, eggs, pancakes, sausages, bacon, toasted bread, quesadillas. Basically it’s a flat cook top. Just wish it were easier to store.

The Little Griddle That Could (be a bit better)

If you're used to larger counter-top griddles, this may come as a surprise For instance, it basically only handles about a 1/3 pack of thick-sliced bacon at a time. The plus side of it's smaller size is that its less cumbersome to clean. Also wish that the heat control (the part with the cord that plugs into the griddle) insists that the cord goes one direction, toward the side of the griddle that I like to stand on while using it (opposite the grease gutter)—ergo, a little awkward to route the power cord and plug in.
