Received a used one!

I took it out of the box for the 1st time and was excited to make some pancakes only to find that I was sent a used one! Griddle had residual grease stains that were not completely cleaned off. Hard water stain areas on corners of handles, a piece on the bottom was apparently chipped off and the plug was clearly used.
