You will want to use this

I use this in place of frying pan; like cooking food in a flat wok. You get the high heat and use only little oils or liquids. Sears/browns foods quickly and cleanup is easy. The non stick surface is free of a lot of the chemicals but not sure if it passes the California 65 prop. This also was a plus for me. Again, Love It!!
