It cooked good and the temperature worked exactly . I just cooked catfish lastnight , it still worked good . When i cook meat bar or fish bar , the size only 1 or 1 1/2 square inch ( thin meat and slide fish ) . I and my wife are very like this grill. It is easy to clean after cook .

Very cheaply priced, but not a bad griddle. Of course, after a few months of using it quite often, I wanted to upgrade, but I haven't yet. It is still going strong. Perfect for the kitchen, or a camping trip. I have cooked what you would expect... eggs, bacon, steak, chicken, pancakes, grilled cheese, cheesy Brussels sprouts. Perfect for breakfast. Easy to use, easy to clean. Not a bad purchase!

I was able to cook 8-10 pancakes at one time. The bacon and sausages were cooked at the same time, instead of using 3 or four pans the griddle did the trick. Oh almost forgot I fried eggs on it too
