My wife picked this out

She was disappointed because of the smell. Other reviews she read had a similar comment but said eventually the smell goes away. So see cook kitchen scraps in it to try to remove the smell several times but the smell remained & she gave up. It was too late to return it.

Belle electric skillet

Surface has bubbles, yellow cast iron on 1st use

The surface is not smooth after 1st cook. Don’t buy if you don’t want your food mix with iron.

NOT CERAMIC
