Great electric skillet

I normally use a little oil or spray because i don't have complete faith in the nonstick claims cookware have, however, it was put to the test when my 10 yr old made herself a fried egg. I panicked at first but when she was able to slide the spatula easily under the egg, I became a believer. Another thing I love is that it doesn't heat up the whole kitchen. We live in Texas ( crap power grid) so we are under alert to conserve energy because of the stress summer usage is already putting the grid under. I've used this little gem every day, sometimes twice for the past 2 weeks and it has definately help me conserve.
