    Used it to make protein shake. Used 2 scoops of powder and 1 cup of milk. First time it came out lumpy after blending for about 15 seconds. After some trial and error it needed about 1 minute for it to come out smoothly. My old hand blender took 10 seconds to achieve the same results.

    Runs hot!! U can smell it burning! I bought two,sent the first one back an the new one is doing the same thing perhaps it’s why this blender is so cheap

    It started burning an smoking after only 7 or 8 times useing it i was told to cut the cord send the photo an recieved a refund check in the mail that took about 3-4 weeks to come

    I got this item for a steal in best buy and I've been using it for over a week now. Sure it's not Nutri Bullet (my Sister has one), but it gets the job done for $17.99 price that I paid for.

    Ran well for 2 months and then stopped running suddenly. On inspection I found that the 'black saw tooth' like part that engages motor and the jar is worn out(it is the part that is attached to motor, so any chances of running with other jars is also ruled out). So even as the motor runs, the jar is not spinning at all. It is not user serviceable either. POOR quality part. The warranty agreement wants the customer to pay for shipping to service center. BAD. It should have failed withing 15 days for you to return it to BestBuy.
