Heats up really quick, cooks items in 1/2 to 2/3rds the time of a regular oven. I love the Bella baskets, black teflon coated aluminum, I just pop them into the sink and fill with hot water & dish detergent, let set for a few minutes (or longer), then wipe with a dish cloth and rinse. Easy peasy cleaning!

Real frying experience

They do a great job of frying wings, fries and other items we have cooked. A surprise for us was the job it does in reheating sandwiches or other left overs. We just set at 400 degrees for 10 minutes and pull the tray out at intervals to see when the item heats and crisps up. We are very satisfied.
