Great fast way to warm up food

I had a crab cake sandwich that was cooked just right in the hot fryer. You'll find yourself using this for everything. Hardest part is learning when things are done but you'll learn as you begin using the fryer. You should look at this as a mini air convection oven. Heats up quickly. I haven't tried fries yet but I'm sure they'll be fine.
