||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.bought online, tooke to local store did not have the receipt, was told I had 30 days because I was a member, realized I did not have a receipt because I bought it online, printed history, went to store and was told my "type" of membership allowed a shorter return and to contact the manufacture, Man could not fine Manufacture INformation. I have bought a lot from Best Buy and will continue too. Just upset that when something does not work and you think you do not have to use it on day one and rush out to beat a deadline. People are frindly but could use some updated training.

Cooks great but falls apart

Everytime i clean it a screw comes out and disappears. I lost the 1st screw after i 1st clean it when i 1st got it then as time went on more disappeared. Its got to the point i can no longer use this item so guess ill get ninja air fry next time

Build quality poor; handle broke within 8 months

Reached out to Bella for warranty/parts and was informed part warranty is only 60 days. Very disappointed.

Dont waste your money
