I was a Keurig user but decided to switch when my present coffee maker died. The Bella is an excellent replacement as it does both K-cups and ground coffee without the plastic taste. It serves it up quickly and just the right temperature.

I am really enjoying this product. It is a less expensive way to go versus buying a Keurig coffee maker. This machine uses the K-cups well, and you have the option to use granulated coffee.

Great price for a basic coffee pod machine. No fancy bells or whistles, just a good hot cup of coffee or tea in about 3 minutes. Its easy to use and to clean. Small, so it doesn't take up a lot of counter space.

I love this coffee maker because it is easy to use. I have coffee,tea,hot chocolate and I use it if I only want to heat up water for my oatmeal. Also this coffee maker don't take up a lot of space.

After trying it out for a few weeks, I can say its a nice low cost alternative to the other single cup brewers. It is slow, And holds water for only one cup, but that's all I need it for. You do have to wait a few minutes before a second cup can be brewed, but if I need more then a cup, I can pull out the old pot for everyone to have some coffee. This is perfect for use at work. I do wish it were a little quieter, but for the price I paid I cannot complain too much.

I enjoy my single-serve coffeemaker. It is simple, compact, convenient, and no messy clean up. It fits perfectly on my countertop and well worth the price. I highly recommend it!

This item takes up very little space but performs big time for 1 cup of coffee at a time plus you can use ground or k-cups what is better than that. WE love ir.

My be it is too simple for most people. However, I really like its clean look and minimal functionality. If anyone who looking for a quick and affordable KCup system? This one can be your right choice.

I placed this in my office so that I can have fresh hot coffee any time I want, without moving my footsteps. I like that I can use both K-cups and ground coffee.

My wife had been hinting for a while that she wanted a k-cup type coffee maker but did not want to spend Keurig type money. I did much research and saw many positive reviews for the Bella Dual Brew maker. When I went searching for a local place to purchase, I found the coffee maker on clearance at my local Best Buy and purchased online for in store pickup. After getting the pot home, my wife and I both tried it. It worked better than advertised. A great little coffee pot for the fraction of the cost of Keurig.

This compact coffeemaker is one of the best! It works with both ground coffee and k-cups. Fast and quiet. Highly recommend it.

Works great, takes more time than kurieg to heat up but takes up very little space and does the job, would recommend.

If you are looking for something simple them this is perfect for you. I am pretty satisfied with this coffee maker so far. It sure cuts down on wasting coffee. Simple and easy to figure out. I gave it 4 stars because I've only had for a couple months but if it continues to work as well as it does I may come back and update my review.

I live in a smaller condo and wanted to get rid of the big coffee maker on the counter so, I bought this as a deal of the day. Its not 'instant coffee' but its pretty fast and its worth the wait for a GREAT cup of coffee. I haven't used the little brew basket yet with my own coffee blend but, I'm sure it will be great

We enjoy this K-cup brewer. It is fast and coffee is hot. Can't beat it for the price.
