Simple Single Brewer

The cup base adjusts so that I can brew a small cup or a tall one. I use this coffee maker upstairs as a secondary product. The only 2 drawbacks for me are: 1. It brews much slower than I'm used to 2. It brews loudly

By two weeks, it would make about an inch of coffee in the cup and restarting it would get another inch, and so on. I spent at least two hours in total trying to reach Best Buy through the national customer service number and my local Best Buy to see how to return it by mail. I was constantly put on hold for ten minutes, it would ring about 6 times and then put me on hold. After going through this at length I finally left it on speaker for half an hour and after the fourth time of listening it to it ring, it disconnected me. I tried using the return label that came with it but the bar code doesn't do anything for UPS and there's no explanation on how I'm supposed to return it. It's in the car waiting until I have time to run all the way to Best Buy and hopefully get a human.

Great Coffee

I've gone through two Hamilton Beach That have leaked or quit working and one cusinart that also leaked. So far this BELLA is the BEST I've used and it makes great Kcup coffee. I have not tried the ground coffee basket but im sure that it will work flawessly just as the Kcup basket works.
