I got this for about 8 bucks on a deal of the day for primarily as a sandwich maker. Does a great job, wish it was able to open a bit wider for sandwiches but I squish it down and it works fine. Just cant make them as meaty as I might in a pan. Not tried for burgers but for cost and my purpose a good find.

This small cooker can be used as a panini maker. Since the drain holes are in the bottom plate there is no need of elevating the rear as with other small grills. The drain tray on the bottom holds enough grease and drippings to make 2 burgers before you need to empty it. Easy to operate and easy to clean.

I LOVE this grill/panini press. It's just the right size to make 2 pieces of chicken or burgers or to quickly grill a sandwich. I have it at my camper and it stores easily.

For a small grill, this is worth every penny. It's easy to use, easy to clean, and does a great job with simple grilling. I love using it for panini and grilling salmon and chicken breast. I highly recommended this!

This is a fine product. I've used it making pancakes and turkey burgers and it was fine. Since it was the first time making both of these items, I stayed nearby just in case. And it was fine. Very easy to clean but you need to wait till it cools before doing so.

Very compact and convenient!! Do not recommend letting the kids use!! Gets very hot!! Learned very quickly.

This grill’s hinge doesn’t open enough to cook/grill the top half of whatever you’re cooking. Unless you have very thin hamburger patties or a thin sandwich. Notice none of the pictures actually show something being cooked. The picture shown gives the impression that it grills both sides evenly. It will if thin. The good news is that if you have thin items it grills fast and nicely. Of course you could flip the item midway to get the grill marks but that’s a hassle. Plus thicker items will splatter outside of the cooking grill. If you’re willing to smash/flatten items to place in grill it will cook them faster. Clean up is fairly simple as it is a nonstick grill but it would have been nice to be able to remove the cooking grates. Is it worth the $20 price, no but ok when under $10 with deal of day.
