My complaint is that the grill plates are not removable for cleaning. The grill body cannot be immersed in water. The instructions say to wipe the grill plates with a soft cloth or a non scratch scrubber. No soap and water! This method of cleaning is not always acceptable to me, so I can’t give it a better rating.
