    Total garbage. Completely fell apart the first time I used it and I was past the return window. This was a Christmas present for my daughters and their holiday breakfast was ruined when this "appliance" didn't do it's job.

    I purchased two of these as Christmas gifts. They both broke where the cable connects into the unit before the end of February. Also, the lid to the units never seated properly causing leakage during use, and the lid would not stay up when filling, requiring the user to hold it up.

    Item arrived and the plasic was broken where it rotates. I returned to BestBuy but they did not have anymore in stock to replace it. Looked cheaply made and easily breakable.

    Its not very steady and wobbles too much. Accidentally brushed the exterior with my forearm and got burned pretty bad.
