It is bigger than the one we replaced it with and looks good. Simple to use. Crispy fries, etc. The initial smell in the first cook or two was not great and had me wondering what kind of chemicals we were breathing in. That has since worn off.

I will say that it’s bigger than I thought it would be for a family of three. But it’s great when she uses it for big events. I would definitely check out the troubleshoot guide and the paperwork that I came with. There’s a lot of great tips in it. I went as far as laminating it for my mom and putting it in one of her kitchen cabinets
