Warranty replacement

Great price... at a cost

Like other reviews, mine had stopped working 9 days after purchasing new. Both drip and espresso will no longer run. I will return and try again. I am hoping I just got a company accepted QC issue

Disappointed

Never got a chance to try a cup of coffee. :( Now to shop for a different brand!

Bella Pro combo machine

Milk froth in about 30-40 seconds very hot making a delicious cappuccino. Very easy to operate. Highly recommend

The first one lasted 2 weeks (coffeemaker quit), the second one (factory replacement) lasted just about a year (coffeemaker quit again). Will NEVER buy again. Can't complain about the customer service though. Coffee tasted great too!

Poor Design

So I bought the unit for the espresso capability and the coffee pot was a bonus. I made a couple espresso each day with little issue ( instructions for the Espresso part were very vague). I decided to try the coffee maker (on day 10) and the unit started smelling of burning plastic along with a light smoke, the smoke faded quickly but the burning smell did not go away. It made a good hot pot of coffee (minus the smell of burned plastic) and that was the end of the unit. The espresso potion, nothing heated and no response on the buttons. The coffee maker to would not heat. Unit looks good but will not buy another Bella
