My wife seems to like it so I'm good. Espresso portion is hard to figure out but she gets her coffee so I'm good.

DO NOT buy this coffee maker. First time I used it was great but after the initial first use it completely stopped working. Coffee wont brew when you turn it on. Espresso wont pull when you turn it on. Instructions are detailed but regardless of reading through the manual front to back 3 times its still broken. I am livid! I spend over $200 on this piece of garbage just for it to die after one use. Digital makers are always like this. They might seem easier to use but in the end pour over makers or french presses are impossible to break. Save your money, your time and your anger. Dont buy this.

Great machine but not for Espresso/Cappuccino. The Instructions can be better.

My husband tried liking this but could not. The coffee was very weak and the steam watered down the milk . If you like weak coffee it should be fine. Had to return and get a Ninja.

So easy to use and love the steamer wand! Becoming a barista at home! It’s fun to learn!

I’ve had this for about a month and the espresso and frother work fine. The drip coffee tends to leak out for no reason. I set the auto timer at night, then when I get up there is no coffee and water is pooling on my counter. I will try again to see if there is a blockage or user error before I decide to return. As of right now I wouldn’t recommend this product.

Gets used twice a day. Absolutely love that you can set a time for your coffee to be made!

If you want something to make espresso, just get a nicer machine because this machine cannot make espresso right, no matter how hard you try the espresso comes out blonde bevause you have no control over how it pulls the shot

Caffeine in a Jiffy. I use the Expresso side only. The drip brew looks fine. Basket is wire mesh.

The Espresso double-shot function didn't work, only the single. tried several times and every time the filter basket locks-in and becomes very difficult and messy to unlock. there's NO trouble-shooting whatsoever in the poorly written Manual so we called the phone number in the Manual and to our surprise the operator answered with a different company name (Sensio) and mentioned that there's NO phone number for the manufacturer Bella, nor that there's any Technical support for the product, and that they are only a Warranty company, so we had NO choice but to take it back to the store and return it. So disappointed in the product and in "Bella" company.

I bought this and fell in love instantly. However after a couple weeks, it no longer works. It won't do anything but hold water. I have a warranty claim pending at the moment. Hopefully it's replaced soon.

This coffee machine exceed my expectations. My coffee taste so much better. I really like this product

Love the espresso function - great forth. The coffee pot is an added bonus.
