The item is defective. The espresso maker didn’t brew anymore after the cleaning process was done. The 1 & 2 cup buttons keep on flashing and never stops. Had already ask a refund from the manufacturer as the item cannot be returned to Bestbuy anymore.

Honestly the quality of thisnitem is very poor. The plastic on top warps and bends when in use and it's just a mess.

This worked great for about 3 months until the water started running straight out of the bottom. With the price i paid for this i expected it to last for a couple years!!! Very dissatisfied!!! Won't buy it again.

I was able to run and send a half cycles through the pot while i was running clean water before making my first pot. Half way through the second pot of clean water, it stopped running. I've tried several actions to fix it, but the instruction manual (which has mistakes in the printing) doesn't have a troubleshooting guide.

The coffee maker is fine but the steam is not hot enough. I still need to hot the milk after using the steamer. Next time I will buy something better

Scam! do NOT buy! First one i bought stopped working after 21 days.Exchanged it for another that stopped working after 15 days. Horrible customer service at Best Buy they made it clear I should be grateful they allowed an exchange after 15 days

Waste of money, this machines are made to last 2 years. I bought one in 2020 amd broke 2 years after, in 2022. i used the extended warranty and got it replaced and the new one broke 2 years after, in 2024, right after the extended warranty expired.

Not happy at all since it now leaks out of the bottom when you turn it on and it is full of water. I just called the company and they are reviewing it and sd they should be able to send me a new one or refund my money if they don't have one in stock. I use only bottled water and have no idea why it would stop working and just drain all over my counter and flood my kitchen area.

Very bad quality broke down after 5 cups of coffee

Best coffee machine I ever purchased! Ive had a keurig for years and the change was the absolute best!

Bought one and it only lasted a week before broke down. returned it and gave it a second try. Second one arrived and lasted less than two weeks before both the expresso part and the steamer broke down and the coffee brewer makes searing hot coffee.

It seemed to be a great unit. Then, due to the steam from it, I had to move it from near the cabinets. Then it began to spill the brewed coffee, not into the slots in the top of the carafe, but over it and on to the countertops. It makes no sense.

This all-in-one coffee machine is great and use it daily. Brews fresh coffee all the time.

I bought it two days ago and I am going to return , it stop stop working the second day. don’t waste your time money is good but the time is more valuable very bad product. Also take too long to warm up and setting is pain .

I brewed 2 cups of coffee after following all pre-use instructions and the machine no longer heats up at all. Very dissapointed and there are no resources available to troubleshoot. This machine will waste your time and money.

Loved this unit until it stopped working with no warning. Was purchased in December of 2020 and quit in October 2021 with no warning.

Too bulky for countertops since the average modern looks in today's decor.

This machine sucks. The instructions are difficult. The carafe is glass and hard to replace if broken. You need this same carafe to use the stop drip feature. The coffee tastes bad. It was great at making espresso until last week it smelt like burnt wires. Now it will not heat the water at all for the espresso. I have only had it for 3 months. I am now past the return date, so can't even send it back. DO NOT BUY.
