I had got this by mistake not realizing how convoluted it was to make a cup of espresso. I admit I am not a barista and so lack the skill and know how, so this simply wasn't what I'd wanted.

It was good while it last… no more than 10 uses and expresso side stopped working… it stopped pre-heating and without that nothing you can do. Also it is plastic on top, exactly qhere it need to heat and we all know that plastic and heat do not mesh well.

Terrible combo coffee maker! First it did not work well for the automatic setting on regular coffee. Then the expresso did not work well at all!

First one broke in 5 days, returned,and the second one failed in two weeks. The electronic panel is garbage.

Returned this item poor build quality. Also the item seemed like it had been used and repackaged.

Stopped heating water on esprsso side -- took it back - got new one 5 days later! Didnt even get one cup of coffee before this one had the same issue. So frustrating!!

Product isnt what i expected... i guess for someone who drinks coffee for a coffee then its ok and does the job, but for those who needa the different pressure and temp for specific coffee... jt doesnt always pull it perfectly

Espresso was thin. Instructions for how to make from 1-4 cups were not clearly defined. Gave up calling customer service after being hung up on seven times, some of which were while on hold before speaking to anyone. Plate on top of tray didn’t fit properly. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this product. It went through all the setup steps fine, but the first time I tried to brew a pot of coffee it quit part way through and would not make coffee again. The espresso make worked fine.

This is a nice combo, The price was good as it was on sale.

I bought the coffee maker because of the good reviews, but maybe I was the unlucky one...I’ve made coffee twice and that was it, doesn’t work anymore.

I tried two of these espresso/coffee maker combo units, and neither one of them worked. Returned them and bought an equivalently priced DeLonghi unit which works great. Don't waste your time with this one!

We were so excited to get this combo espresso and coffee maker. Unfortunately we couldn’t get the espresso side to work easily and the coffee side would’ve been enough for us but we couldn’t program the darn thing. Even yo get the clock working was impossible. We couldn’t return this item quickly enough!!

Worthless. Broken out of the box. Not user error. Functions on the machine wouldn't work at all. Very cheaply made. Overall crappy and worthless. Don't waste your money. Returned within 24 hours of purchase.

It worked great until today!....expresso side would not turn on!..Digital display is not working!....clock is not working!...only used maybe 5 times sonce purchase!....Very Upset Right Now!

We're returning this. The instructions were not written by anyone with a strong command of the English language, It never made espresso and we couldn't steam milk with it. The company was no help - awful customer "service." Returning it this week and never buying another thing made by Bella.

1. It makes good drip coffee at this part works. 2. Espresso part is useless, the pressure is not enough for water to penetrate coffee and go through the mesh. As a result most of the water stays in the handle creating coffee soup. 3. Poor design.

After only a few months the coffee maker stopped brewing. Customer service had no fix nor a replacement.
