Love it so far!

Happy with both sides — still figuring out ratios as the carafe has lines to measure water and coffee and I’m not sure what the difference is but other than that has been great! I’ve had it for about 3 weeks.

CHECK THE BOX BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE

I gave three stars because once I unpacked the machine, got everything out and read the instructions, I realized that the cleaning tool shown in the guide was not included in the box. I reached out to Bella customer service and was told that I would need to return the box and machine for an exchange if I wanted to have that cleaning tool! The nearest BEST BUY is 90 miles from my very remote location. The fact I am expected to spend my time and gas money to rectify this problems is ridiculous! MAKE SURE YOU OPEN THE BOX BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE! I WON'T BE BUYINIG ANY MORE BELLA PRODUCTS ONLINE, FROM THIS POINT FORWARD

Bella espresso and drip machine

Follow the included directions and can't go wrong. Looking forward to trying out the programmable drip coffee for early mornings.

Being able to set time up is handy since i can have coffee ready as i prepare to go to work. As for espresso, it is ok. Not the most impressive espresso maker but it does the trick.
