Good quality works well lots of options makes a good cup of coffee!

Unfortunately, I can't recommend this coffee maker. The promise of drip coffee along with K cups is a good one. However, this thing is not user friendly. For starters, there are no physical buttons. Everything is done by touch. The touch pad isn't the most responsive either. The worst feature however is no on switch. When you plug this in, it will remain on. Instead of a simple brew on and off switch, you have to navigate a touch screen that barely works. It goes into standby automatically, but you'd think touching the button would bring up the screen. No, it actually starts the pot. Nine times out of ten, you will begin brewing when you don't mean to. I like Bella products. But this has to be their worst. Obtuse instructions and no dedicated buttons make this not worth any sale price you find it for.

This coffee maker is one of the worst. The lid for the water tank doesn't stay up by itself and most importantly, the water runs through the k cup too fast and the coffee is weak. Absolutely do not like the touch screen! Do no like that funnel thing in the carafe lid either.

One of the worst coffee brewing machines I've ever purchased. The top lid kept falling when pouring water into the reservoir. I wouldn't stay up; I think that's very important! No internal ater filter. The timer was very confusing. I do not know where the manufacturer gets the name "Pro" should be a bench warmer. Any for that retail price??????

It stays on all the time you need to turn it off. It’s not automatically turned off. It’s really hard to work with. I am not really enjoying it. Single coffee part coffee comes out kind of cold so I’m not really happy with this product.

Hard to operate press the button all the setup lights disappear. Add 6 cups of water still nothing happen. Add 6.2 cups of water desiring 6 cups of coffee it starts.

Would not make a pot of coffee. Received a defective unit. And couldn’t even find anything online for support because it’s a discontinue model. Absolute nightmare

OMG! I drink A LOT of coffee and the Bella Pro Multibrew is the absolute best coffee maker I have ever owned. Forget the Keurig. This machine is the absolute BEST! If I'm making a pot or a single serve using ground coffee or pods. It's simply unbeatable. I've only had it a short time but have already made hundreds of cups! I'm in love.... Get one for yourself you won't be disappointed!

Love this new color! Looks great in my kitchen! One feature I like is the strength button you can change different strength levels on this coffee pot! Enjoy!!!

This coffee maker brews amazing coffee for this price point. I was not expecting it to be so delicious. I especially love the single serve option as my husband does not drink coffee. But when we have company or guests, the 12 cup carafe is used!
