Has all the bells and buttons I need. It’s so nice to program the night before so that coffee is ready when heading out the door. Brew strength works well. Cleaned Bella after using a month; no debris or gunk. Easy to program.

My 15 yr old 12 cup Cuisinart was acting up and i was tired of repairing myself.I saw this and the look was just what i wanted.This is 1200 watts not 1100watts spec is wrong.This brews at 200+ degrees on 2nd strength setting i tested.coming out of shower head this is good.The Carafe in my opinion should have removable top and solid plastic at rim like Cuisinart.You have to be careful when cleaning it is awkward having lid swinging when washing some have modified and cut a notch on right of hinge to remove lid not to much so it will hold back in.The top lid of coffee maker could be a little thicker.And shower head could be bigger.I've added up to 13 big tablespoons of ground beans and have not had a problem on anything overflowing like my Cuisinart did.I do read reviews and am a avid online shopper the only thing i do think Bella (Sensio) i believe can do better is on their Website Q&A is to answer questions not just refer people to call them when they need a new filter or Carafe these items should be sold on their Website and they should have uploaded a pic when they answered my question on this site i wanted to see what under the lid looked like they did not do.I like the 14 cup size.And it makes my coffee that i grind taste better.I unplug my unit after each pot is made.And use a chip clip in front of lid to help inside dry so no bacteria can build up that is common in coffee makers.Be careful as to shaking out filter in garbage to not hold on screen as to put hole in it.Lightly tapping while holding on plastic you should be ok.Never dump grinds in garbage disposal i learned the hard way yrs ago and clogged bad.I've had for 3 weeks now and i like and have paired up and matched with a Bellemain burr grinder on Amazon for $23.97 not same company but matches.I paid $39.99 if $59.99 i would expect a few things be upgraded like mentioned above.Hope ive helped.

I'm a big coffee drinker and this coffee pot it wonderful. I get 2 extra cups per pot and some days it's needed. Easy to use, clean and looks great with my black/stainless steel appliances.

This coffee maker was purchased for my birthday and I really like it. It works well and very stylish made with stainless steel. Hope I will get alot of coffee out of it.

This is a great coffee maker. I just set it and forget it. Also has a filter you can wash. This is so convenient love it. I had a this a month. And use it almost every day!

Not sure how this has 5-stars. Then I realize only 6 of the reviews are actually verified purchases. I didn't even get the coffee maker out of the box and unwrapped before I noticed the handle of the carafe had multiple nicks and gouges. I went ahead and unpacked it knowing it was going back for the handle being messed up already. Next problem I noted was the hotplate was full of nicks and scratches. This is a second definite sign this is going back for refund. Once the daily use and drips that are associated meet this hotplate -- it will be no time before it turns into a rusted mess. The overall plastic body/design of what I pulled out of my box is quite ugly. I would be ashamed to say to someone "Hey! Look at my new coffee maker!, I got a good deal!" -- It is more like I got less than I paid for! The plastic is full of stress marks on both sides and rear of the coffee maker. I give very little for it after using some of my Reward Zone certificates -- I wouldn't care if it were given to me for free -- I would return it to the sender without even skipping a beat. I am not even concerned if it can or can not make coffee. I took pictures and put it right back in the box for a return as soon as the store opens back up.

First of all I drink coffee everyday so I've been on the look out for a programmable unit. Secondly, I've been looking for a Black Stainless unit to match my new appliances. This finish is perfect! When I came across the Bella Pro on sale at Best Buy, I was unsure because I had never heard of them before. I checked out some reviews first on Bella and saw that people like their products. I can't believe how beautiful this unit looks in my kitchen and it's so easy to use. I was brewing a full pot within minutes of boxing it. I couldn't wait to have a cup so I tried the pause and serve feature out and it was flawless. I like my coffee less strong through out the day and with the brew strength selector I can do that with out changing variety or amount of beans. Thank you Best Buy for offering so much at such a terrific price! I think I'm going to order their matching toaster oven right now.

I'd looked for a coffee maker that would make more than your typical 12-cups, for entertaining, but also programmable for my mornings. This one delivers. It looks sleek, has a large capacity, and is programmable! This coffee maker is intuitive to use, quite simple to use. One fo the BEST features is the filter that's included. You simply rinse it to clean it after use, but no need for paper filters. I use freshly ground coffee beans each time, and I can't speak highly enough of the flavor and everything I have gotten out of this coffee maker.

This coffee pot is easy to use. The size is small a convenient if you have a small area to work with. Makes up to 14 cups. All timers are easy to understand and easy to work. Makes a great cup coffee and can keep it warm all day. worth the money

Have owned many coffee makers over the years - 40+ From cheap to high end & this is the bomb - works as hoped for - tasty coffee - will never spend more money ever again I drink my coffee black - allows one to really taste the quality of the brew Very easy to clean & looks great - I would give it more stars if possible

This has been a great coffee maker, with large capacity, different strength settings and timer for remote turn on. This is a well made product with a nice modern style and easy to understand settings. I can’t believe I could get such a nice product for such a reasonable price.

Similar to my prior Salton 14 cup coffee maker but better. With the large capacity it allows variable keep warm times. Fast, good coffee, glass carafe (no leaks with no seams) and an effective first cup. Looks nice too, easy fill.

We love this coffee pot. It makes a large quantity of coffee witch is good because me and my wife drink alot. It's easy to use, nice looking and doesn't take up a lot of space.
