Works great it's a little bit difficult to control the touch screen

Just what I needed! Great for when you have guest or family.

Got it on sale and ended up paying $11. Brews coffee hot and keeps it hot for a long time. The 14 cup carafe is overkill but i brew 4-6 cups every morning and its a good brew everytime.

One of my 'best buy's.. easy to operate clean and maintain.

This is a very good coffee pot because it's easy to use makes coffee quickly and has a 14 capacity I've had the fancy ones were you don't know when you set the timer if it's going to work or not this on don't have so many bells and whistles this one work every time and very easy to use you can't go wrong with this one and the price is good

Basic coffee maker. Not a fan of the touchscreen but coffe is ok. The cleaning light is a little hard to figure out.

Good coffee maker. You do have to put in extra water to get the amount of coffee you want.

The coffee it brews is quite good (does not have a burnt flavor), however the touchscreen is horrible, does not always recognize touch. The program option constantly blinks unless it is programmed. The stay warm option is not very easy to program. The touch screen was so annoying I returned it.

The on switch to brew the coffee is actually the off switch!

As far as making coffee, I'd rate this machine a 4 1/2. However, I ended up returning the machine because when it is off, the PROGRAM button (all touch screen) blinks all the time. Small owner's manual has no answers; online no answers other than people talking about that blinking light and not being able to make it stop.

Initially we were very excited about purchasing this coffee maker. The appearance is sturdy, modern, and well made. We really wanted to like this coffee maker, but we decided to return it after a few days. Reason one was the coffee didn't brew to desired temperature. However the deciding factor was the difficulty in getting the preset feature to function properly. It's touchscreen with a BREW OFF option on the display. Unfortunately, it doesn't indicate BREW ON when set. We tried 3 times. The 1st attempt, it didn't brew at the desired time, so we had to start manually. The next day, it brewed at the scheduled time, so we thought the problem was solved. Unfortunately, on the 3rd day, it once again didn't run as scheduled, so we brewed manually again. For such a well put together unit, it's disappointing that the preset feature isn't more user-friendly. This could probably be corrected if the machine actually indicated that it's set vs. flashing BREW OFF on the display until the scheduled run time.
