Makes coffee fast, but need to use paper filters to make “strong” coffee

Have not used it yet due to 115 degree weather Very nice looking machine

For the price you cant find another coffee maker! The coffee is so smooth…. They say the coffe will always taste the same no matter how its brewed i beg to differ…..

I got it for very good deal and I only paid $20. One of my friends recommend this as they are using that same products and it's a huge help when you have guest.

Great product, had a few dents because it looked like the delivery person kicked the box all the way to my house, I’m surprised nothing was broken

I'm satisfied with the quality & value for the price paid.

I was in the market for a new coffee maker as my wife hated the spout the old one had (too wide and was prone to spilling easy). Therefore when this was available I thought I would give it a chance. 1. 14 cup carafe (check) 2. Large water capacity (check) 3. Programable with strength settings (check) 4. Easy to grip and pour the morning mood enhancer (check) 5. Re-useable gold mesh coffee filter (have not used) 6. Keeps coffee warm for long time and has timer so you know how long since it was brewed. 7. Slightly slimmer than my old device so saves some counterspace. Now for the not so bad, but still annoying things 1. Instructions both in box and online are not very informative. I had no idea how to turn the programs on or off 2. Strength settings are a joke. Normal is too light, and Gourmet - Bold taste the same. I even used more coffee grounds and did not make a difference. Good thing the bold was just how I liked it. 3. Instead of a single button to start the delay brew, you basically need to re-setup the delay each time (hit program, then hold program 3 secs, confirm time that is flashing, then press program again). 4. Power cord is way short. So if you have cabinets overhead you might need a power strip to use this. With all these things, for and against I would still buy it again. So there you go. My two cents and opinion on this product.

This coffee maker is one if the best I've ever owned. Brews coffee at a nice hot temperature, perfect for people who like a good amount of cream in their coffee..

Bought this coffeemaker to place it in my coffee bar in my patio. Love the fact that i don't have to go back and forth to the kitchen when I need more coffee.

Lots of features to brew your coffee how you like it. Timer to auto brew, and you can change how long it stays warm. Great coffee pot for the money.

Great. Offer maker only complaint is it is too tall.

I dont like the touch pads, they not work properly

Not easy to operate touching take to many time to operate

The touch screen buttons are hard to make work, you have to press them just right. There is no indicator light to let you know if the maker is on or off. The "program" button blinks when off. I do like that I can program how long the hold time is (4 hrs max) I'm glad I got this on sale for under $20 I've had the coffee maker 3 1/2 months and the plastic handle broke. Thank goodness it broke while I was filling the carafe with cold water, rather than pouring a cup of coffee, otherwise I would have had hot coffee all over me.

purchased this on a deal of the day sale, could never figure out how to set the auto timer and it just recently stopped working. made okay coffee, I would not purchase this item again.

Love that it is 14 cups. While it is a little annoying that the 'Program' light continues to blink until you reset the program, it really isn't that bad. I really like that the 'keep warm' function can be set to longer than 2 hrs. I get up earlier than my daughter and the coffee stays warm for her.

Just love my new Bella!! The touchscreen is so quick and easy to use. Not only does it brew a large potfull, it looks great on the counter!
