Love it it’s great and I recommend it to anyone to use

Purchased this thinking it was a steal due to the sale price. Looks great but it's not very intuitive. Don't get it even if it's on sale.

solid programable coffee maker at an very affodable sale prince

Worked great for a few weeks until part of the basket broke and the spring came off. Was told by a Best Buy agent over chat to head into our local store for a repair or replacement after making an appointment which was a waste of almost an hour. We were told in store after waiting that we had to deal with the manufacturer directly.

I find the touch screen buttons hard to press before they take to. I cannot see how to reset the "program" function for the next days coffee brew. I can only figure to unplug the coffee maker and then reprogram or start manually. I have left a message for Bella Customer Service a week ago but have not heard back.

it is a good enough maker for what we needed it for . otherwise, it takes a long time to brew . I could not get it to just stay on. Touch screen was a bit to touchy.

I had the plain jane 12 cup Bella coffee maker before and it lasted longer than any coffee maker I've had in years so I thought I would upgrade to this Bella Pro Series coffee maker. So far I'm very happy with this model.

The ‘Clean’ light came on so read the instructions and ran the clean cycle. The clean light now constantly flashes. I have read others are having same issues. The buttons leave a lot to be desired as well. Makes coffee good. Like the 4 hr stay warm feature.

Bella Pro Series - 14-Cup Touchscreen Coffee Maker - Stainless Steel goes beyond your basic coffee maker. It's something you'll definitely need to read the brief manual to understand all the features, and how to program your settings. The build quality seems good for a coffee maker. The coffee pot is 14 cups, so bigger than your run of the mill maker. The appearance is sharp with the stainless steel and black plastic. The coffee pot seems well made and is sturdy and feels balanced when lifting. Handle is comfortable with a full pot. It's very quiet when brewing versus my old standard coffee maker, but I can still hear it which I actually like. It also beeps when it's done brewing, and has a nice pause feature where you can take the pot out while it's in a brew cycle and it will stop dripping until you put the pot back onto the warming surface. Once the brew cycle is finished, it starts the Keep Warm mode which is programmable up to 4 hours. It displays the time since brewed on the digital display which is a really nice touch. It beeps when the Keep Warm cycle is finished also and turns itself off. The pot has 3 brew strength settings that you can control via the touchscreen controls, and it will change the brew cycle to increase or decrease the strength of the coffee. Works quite nicely! It also has a brew cycle for 1-4 cups which gives a small brew the taste of a full pot. Great feature when you just want a couple cups! The pot also has a cleaning cycle that you can have it run every couple of weeks (recommended) with water and vinegar to keep the coffee maker tasting fresh. You can also program the maker to auto start at a specific time so your coffee is ready when you wake up in the morning or whenever. Very easy to setup with the touchscreen controls. The clock on the digital display is easy to read. It also has a permanent coffee filter, so you don't need to buy anymore coffee filters if you don't want to. I actually decided to use regular coffee filters instead of the permanent filter for now, as I have like 700 of them left and the cleanup is simpler. Seems to work just fine using regular coffee filters if you prefer. I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars because I felt the touchscreen interface could be a little more intuitive for people that don't like reading instructions :) Overall, I'm quite happy with it and would recommend to someone wanting a well-made coffee maker with some extra programmable features that looks good on your counter!

We had the old version of this product. It makes a wonderful pot of coffee but this is the 4th one we've purchased in the last 2 years due to the unit not pushing water through the system. Hopefully the redesign has fixed the product. I miss the push buttons, not a fan of the touchscreen

I recently purchased the Bella coffee maker,and exchanged it for the one I returned, because there was watering running from the back of it, and on the counter, and I wasn't comfortable with that. So I purchased the Bella coffee maker, I like the digtal screen and it's stylish,which matches my other appliances, but the touchscreen is tricky and confusing,because you have to press the option on the screen mutliple times, then it allows to set the clock and brew coffee. Also I noticed products ( coffee makers) are not made with the quality of the materials ( durability) to last a good while, as the use manufacture's use to make products,but I needed a new coffee maker, since the one I had over 20yrs, stopped working.:( So I choose the Bella coffee maker,and I've only a few days, but it Brews good coffee. Hopefully I it does well, and last along as my previous one.

Glass broke fairly easily. Easy to program the day before work.

This super machine machine has easy touch controls, keeps the coffee hot for long period of time, once this is expired it has a “warm” that goes automatic. Esthetically, it looks fantastic on the counter top!

Simple and easy to use. Done with K Cups, so got this for a good ole fashioned cup of coffee.

It makes coffee and doesn't burn the house down. Very cool.

This is a great coffee maker with so many functions. You can have your coffee brew at different strength, a timer that you can set to have your coffee ready when you get up, stay hot up to two hours after completion, etc
