Doesn’t work. Best Buy didn’t let me return it. It’s only been a few weeks.

This is a great coffee maker. It does exactly what it is supposed to do, and it does it rather well. I really like the modern styling of the coffee maker. It's black with stainless trim which fits in perfectly with the rest of the appliances in my kitchen. I also like the overall design of the carafe as it lends an air of uniqueness to the appearance of the coffee maker. Setup was a breeze. It is a programmable coffee maker, and the controls are super easy to figure out. I love the display. It lends a soft and comfortable feel to the kitchen. I was able to program it to brew a pot of coffee the following morning with no problems or glitches. And sure enough, I woke up to a hot fresh pot of coffee. I have used it several times since then, and it absolutely performs flawlessly. I'm thrilled to have it as a part of my kitchen, and I would most definitely recommend the Bella Coffee Maker to anyone looking for a great, affordable, and easy to use modern-looking coffee maker. PROS: Super easy setup Intuitive touch screen Awesome design and color combination Larger-than-average carafe Both a normal brewing basket that takes normal coffee filters, and a reusable coffee filter CONS: As with any product, there are a couple of things I didn't quite care about. The narrow water tank opening. You have to be quite careful when filling the water tank as the opening is fairly narrow. The flashing display. Once you program the auto brew, the "Program" light continuously blinks...and blinks....and blinks... If it weren't for these two minor issues, I would gladly give this coffee maker a five-star rating.

This is a fine product that I would recommend to anyone in need of such.

As far as coffee makers go, this Bella Pro makes as good of a pot of coffee as other coffee makers I've had. In fact, the only reason why I got this coffee maker is because it makes a larger pot than my previous one. The Bell Pro was very easy to set up. I cleaned and set everything up according to the instructions. I successfully brewed a pot of coffee. Everything seemed to be working fine, other than the fact that the Program button keeps flashing. It flashes when the digital display times out (goes dark). I press the Program button and the digital display lights up again, and the Program button stops flashing. The digital display times out and the Program button starts flashing again. I did as much troubleshooting as I could. I reset the time. I unplugged the unit, plugged it back in, and set the time again. As soon as the display goes dark, the Program button flashes. I set a programmed start time, then the Program button finally stopped flashing. So, I feel like the unit is screaming at me to set a program. My family does not have a consistent schedule so, the first person to wakes up turns on the coffee maker. I do not want to set a program so this thing flashing at me is actually very irritating. I called customer service and the person who answered was not able to assist. She recommended that I take a picture of the label on the unit and a video of the flashing button, and email both to customer service. I did just that and... crickets. I have received no reply. I have actually emailed them 3 times and nothing. Thus, the 3 stars... for the irritating flashing button and the poor customer service.

I received a total of three coffee makers from on-line ordering. Each was damaged. I have returned all of the items. It made coffee when requested to.

Does not even come close to a positive rating. The buttons are not responsive when you press them and the future brewing function does not work. Easy decision to return

In order for the program button to stop flashing this coffee brewer says to unplug after each use?? What?

its ok for the price but didnt really love it, upgrated for a cafe coffee maker.

When we bought this we thought it would be a great coffee maker but unfortunately we had to return it because the display numbers were bad. We were only able to make one pot before it meses up but the one pot was good

This coffee machine looks nice. Especially with the digital buttons and the sleek form, it looks great on my counter top. However, for someone like me who uses an espresso machine where each interaction with the coffeemaker is one serving, the learning curve to using this machine was a little steep. The downside is, the manual does not really focus on the actual usage. So I had to learn a lot while I was using it, not before I used it. For example, the water level determines your amount of coffee produced in the carafe. So if you pour for 14 cups, you will get 14 cups. The "1-4" cup coffee option, is relative to the strength, not the amount the maker will dispense. The buttons and programming directions is also not easily digestible-- again from a different coffee machine type user. However, once I have figured them out, the coffee maker was easy to use. Also, you have to learn how to press the buttons correctly. They are not always responsive. There is a certain pressure you need to apply to the buttons for it to respond. Again, some learning curve to operating it. After "mastering" the usage, I can easily make coffee, program the time, etc. There is not much to it really, but a good coffee machine maker, meaning the brewing is great and that's all you need anyway. I would just rather you navigate through it by yourself so you'll learn how to dance with it better. My advice: do not be overwhelmed like me. Just use it.

Touchscreen menu doesn't register most of the time. Program light flashes constantly. They took a good design and made it unusable.

Really liked My Bella coffee pot and had alot of features, but only lasted less than 4 months due to the Heating Pad went out. It wasn't cheap and should have lasted alot Longer.

Bought this coffee pot in May, i run the cleaning cycle every couple weeks. Well today, it shuts off when i try to brew a pot (this was after running a cleaning cycle yesterday.) For being a 7 month old coffee pot, it should not be having issues like this.
