The on switch to brew the coffee is actually the off switch!

Initially we were very excited about purchasing this coffee maker. The appearance is sturdy, modern, and well made. We really wanted to like this coffee maker, but we decided to return it after a few days. Reason one was the coffee didn't brew to desired temperature. However the deciding factor was the difficulty in getting the preset feature to function properly. It's touchscreen with a BREW OFF option on the display. Unfortunately, it doesn't indicate BREW ON when set. We tried 3 times. The 1st attempt, it didn't brew at the desired time, so we had to start manually. The next day, it brewed at the scheduled time, so we thought the problem was solved. Unfortunately, on the 3rd day, it once again didn't run as scheduled, so we brewed manually again. For such a well put together unit, it's disappointing that the preset feature isn't more user-friendly. This could probably be corrected if the machine actually indicated that it's set vs. flashing BREW OFF on the display until the scheduled run time.

Nice coffee maker. Large capacity. Difficult for non-technical people to operate

This is a replacement for a previous same model. Previous model lasted 16 months... Works well, our coffee maker sits on the counter under above cabinets. Needed one that did not blow steam from the top... This does not, works well for us.

Love it! Specially when it was on sale! This coffee maker is what I needed in the right time for when I have company over for morning coffee! Overall, great machine with quick brewing timing and brewing timer. Love it!

Easy to use and Coffee is good. They should do something about the constant blinking light when it is in standby.

Love the coffee maker, just follow the instructions if your doing a certain time program, good to go.

This coffee marker is great. This makes my second one I have brought in the last 6 years, and it wasn't because the other one messed up. I just wanted a new one for the house and the other one is going to my husband's workplace.

Only reason I got this was the coffee programing option which works.. I like how it’s easy to get around. Only thing i don’t like about it was when unplugged the time gets messed up and have to reset and reprogrammed

Super awesome coffee pot and simple to set up. I followed the instructions and brewed the water through 2x and I'm using filtered water so it doesn't get build up. I wish it wasn't touchscreen buttons but they work well.

After reading some other reviews, we were concerned about the touchscreen features on this product. However, as we needed a replacement quickly, we picked this one up quickly at our local Best Buy. Easy set up, with simple instructions, and after a month of use we are very happy. We like that you can use regular filters, not the ridiculous 'cone type'. Carafe does not drip when filling or pouring, and you can set it to stay on for up to 4 hours! Just hope it lasts longer than our Cooks and Krups 14-cup models, that quit after 12 - 18 months.

With my new coffee maker i feel like a professional barista. My coffee flavor is delightful and smooth. I have to have a cup of coffee to get started in the mornings and this coffee makes in very little time.

When not in use, there is a flashing light that says "program". It's annoying. You can't see the other backlit buttons without pressing the flashing button first. Might be user error, but I want it to STOP BLINKING. but hey, it makes more than 12 cups, so I'll keep it around

Brews well. A little to big for me. I got this on sale but I prefer a smaller coffee maker.

Picked this up while it was on sale at a great price. For the money it's an excellent value. Recommended.

I recently bought 3 of these coffee makers and gave one to ky mother in law. She is in love and is hapoy that it’s digital. She puts it on a timer for her cofee, it kreps it warm and can make one cup if she wants it to.

its a good coffee maker 2nd in 2 years hopefully this one will last longer

My husband always complaint our old coffee maker is too small, I get him this 14 cup one, it makes great coffee, and the pot is big enough for us to drink it for the whole morning, like it.

These have been the best coffee makers for longevity. I will buy these if i ever need anymore.

A great coffee machine. If only the keep warm function lasted for more than 2 hours.
