Love that it is 14 cups. While it is a little annoying that the 'Program' light continues to blink until you reset the program, it really isn't that bad. I really like that the 'keep warm' function can be set to longer than 2 hrs. I get up earlier than my daughter and the coffee stays warm for her.

Just love my new Bella!! The touchscreen is so quick and easy to use. Not only does it brew a large potfull, it looks great on the counter!

Never spent more than $10 on a coffee maker but thought I’d invest in one since we drink coffee multiple times of day! I thought the touch screen was modern and an neat. So far so good after a few months. The pot is sturdy and easy to clean! I love the filter, you can wash and reuse or take out and use paper filters. Easy to navigate and only takes 2 pushes to brew. Very happy with this purchase!

We bought two 14 cup coffee makers, one for our home and another for our motorhome. We eventually returned both pots as it was impossible to program! Loved the appearance and love having additional couple of extra cups over a normal 12 cup pot. We called the customer service number and they walked us thru the steps to program, and after several tries, she advised us to return the pots to Best Buy, which we did. We are very happy now with our exchanged pots!!!

This coffee maker was a Best Buy Deal of the Day. I bought it to use on the weekends when making a whole pot makes more sense than extra pods in the Keurig. It works good enough but takes a little time to make a pot.

Great product for the price thanks to Best Buys discounts. I love the cup size of this carafe and its very sleek design. The only negative is the lack of sensitivity in the touch screen buttons. Sometimes it does not want to register my selection. Overall its a great buy.

Coffee maker works just ok. The light keeps blinking even though the machine is off. When you push a button to stop the blinking it turns the machine on. Poor design for operation, but when you figure out how to use it, it works ok.

Bella Pro Series coffee maker overall great. The buttons are sometimes "sensitive" just have to press just right to activate setting. The carafe is great with no drips so far while filling tank. Tank is located for easy fill. Nice stainless steel look.
