Love the 14 cup coffee pot. This is our second one. First one still works. Bought a backup because of the good price.

Nice if you need to brew a lot of coffee on a frequent basis, but not so much if you only want a couple cups at a time, and don't have a lot of kitchen counter space. Also, the touch panel display is rather obtuse in not clearly showing when the brew button had been touched "correctly" to start brewing, and not showing the current state of the heating element as my older small brewer does very effectively with a bright simple red light LED. Returning it.

Excellent pot. Makes a lot of coffee for everyone. I just have to make two pots a day instead of three or four. Love it.

looks good but cannot program the thing. The buttons will not push on the face of machine. I just lucked out at one point and was able to get the time entered but because of trying to play around with it to get it to program time got messed up so unplugged it. same scenario. Look for better quality!!!

while i have only had it 2 months or less; it is fantastic so far!!! lets see how it is in 22 months.

As far as coffee makers go my criteria are: is it easy to use and does it make good coffee. This model satisfies those criteria and does its job well. The design is basic but stylish. I like the stainless accents on black and the controls and display look nice. Several positives to mention. The 14 cup carafe is a nice size with a nice thick handle that is easy to grip and pours well. The water reservoir is easy to access and has a level indicator on the side so you can see how much water is in the tank. The metal filter is easy to access, has plenty of capacity and has a handle to aid lifting out. I like the “time since brew” feature that lets you know how old the coffee in the pot is. It also has an auto start feature that I have never really used with any machine that I have ever owned since I find it no hassle to turn on when I wake up. Plus, my wife has the phobia about leaving coffee makers plugged in so it’s always unplugged when not in use and the clock is never used either. We’ve drank a number of pots of coffee already and have been pleased with the taste and temperature. We mostly use the medium brew strength setting and unfortunately have to set it every time probably because it gets reset every time the unit is unplugged. Have not experimented with other brew strength much so I cannot say how much more or less stronger the brew is on the other settings. I think the touch screen gives the unit a cleaner more sleek look and the screen is fairly responsive. The only thing about the design that could have been better is the labeling of the button names. You press the BREW-OFF button to start brewing which is a little bit counter intuitive. Until we got the hang of it we found ourselves wondering if we had actually started it before hearing the brew process actually start. Maybe a message or some indicator that brewing is in progress would be helpful.

It's easy to use. It doesn't have a self cleaning system. I really like that on my previous Bella Pro Series.

Awesome coffee maker with many options like the strong setting, and I like it because is big.

A great product! I had to repurchase the whole unit because I broke my carafe! This company doesn’t sell replacement parts! Also the universal carafes are too short for any Bella products. My appliances are black stainless or would’ve bought another brand.

The box was a little crushed which was ok but after I saw the coffee pot it had been been used, returned it and got my money back
