Carafe broke after only 8 months. Touch screen buttons are really annoying too. There are definitely better products out there!

This coffee maker has a sleep design and looking but mainly attractive for it's touch screen functionality. However, the touch function seems odd and needs more work and improvement. Other than that, it is a good coffee maker and encompasses brewing program and alarm sound that provides notification when the brewing process is done and also ability to disable the aforementioned feature as a personal preference.

Haven't even used it yet but it says in specs that it is supposed to be 10.7" high. Item Arrived today, opened box & it is 14.5" high. I need a low profile coffee maker so heat doesn't damage my cabinet like my old one did. Since this is only 1" shorter than my existing coffee maker that won't really help.

I purchased this coffee maker and a good price. I was in bed of a new coffee maker because mine was leaking water out the back. It brews quickly which I like. When you want your morning coffee... You want it fast! I use the basket when I make coffee instead of wasting coffee filters. It brews a very good cup of coffee. I like the fact that you can program it for the next morning so you have coffee even you wake up. The digital screen works good. People have complained that the light for the programming flashes all the time. It's really no big deal. All you have to do is set the clock for programming and it stops flashing. Again, it's really not a big deal. The coffee maker cleans easily. The one and only thing I didn't like was the lid for the coffee pot cannot be removed to clean. That's it! Everything else is great. I would recommend this coffee maker if you're looking for a new one

The bold flavor of a morning cup of coffee is the only way I can start my day. The Bella Pro Series match the look of my other Bella Pro appliances and kitchen in general. The fact it makes a great cup of coffee is an added plus. OKAY, I would love it even if it wasn't good looking, based on the taste alone. It has a gold fine mesh reusable permanent filter. You can use paper if desired. Here I say the obvious, READ THE MANUAL FIRST. It did a great job explaining how to set the time, brew strength, warming hold setting rather than the default 2-hour, cleaning procedure every 40 or so brew cycles, turn the beep on or off, I KNOW I MIGHT BE MISSING SOMETHING. oh, THE BREW STRENGTH. The most important to me. It lets the coffee steep a little longer as its being made for a bolder taste. And take this advice : use fresh ground if you can.. Setting the time is easy. So is the delay start time. It even shows the time lapsed since it finished brewing. The back lit display is a wonder for sore eyes. I doesn't require me to find my reading glasses to set up. Big plus! Taste, that's the biggest plus.

After reading some of the other reviews I wasn't really happy about my purchase. But after having used it for the past month I am pleasantly surprised. It works really well and makes some really great tasting coffee. The program button flashing is annoying at best but you get use to it. And the touch screen is finicky but it does work. My 5 star on Value is because I got it on sale.

Good coffee pot. Makes smooth cup of coffee. I scoured the operating directions and cannot find a way to bypass the program feature. When turn off brew/warm it begins flashing program until you press program button and reset for next brew cycle. Annoying as I use it at various times in a day and just want to turn it off until next use. Also carafe is difficult to empty fully into reservoir without slopping some down side of pot but that seems to be issue with almost any reservoir coffee pot I've ever purchased. I recommend with exception of program feature.

First off, we did get this coffee maker at a bargain price, and it does make good coffee at a larger capacity, which we do appreciate. We do have a couple of issues with this system that were not problems with our last model (also a Bella). For one, the programming is a bit more cumbersome than we'd like, and the feature that has decided to nag us relentlessly about cleaning the thing every few weeks annoys us. The biggest issue, though is that the warming feature maxes out at 2 hours, unlike our last model, which had a four-hour option.

This coffee maker works as nice as it looks, easy to setup and makes a good cup of coffee and the price was pretty good too

I would rate the coffee machine 4 out of 5 stars. Its sleek design and intuitive controls make it a great addition to any kitchen. The coffee it brews is rich and flavorful, although there is a slight room for improvement. Overall, it's a highly recommended machine for coffee lovers.

Mostly great but not so simple coffee maker. Construction is good and does not take up a lot of space on the counter. Be warned though if flashing on your machine, even when off, this is not the one for you. When the machine is not programmed for a future brew, the one button “Program” continues to flash. The button to brew or “Brew-Off” is also a bit confusing since you need to press it to brew…but I like the other settings and once I got past these issues it’s been a good coffee maker and the reusable filter is easy to clean.

Great coffee pot love the 14 cup size ,but I hate that it flashes when not in use.And Bella support is a joke poor customer service pretending they don’t know about issue,but read all the other reviews but over all good deal when on sale just have to unplug after every use

Its a nice looking machine and makes great coffee. My only complaint is like most - the Program light keeps blinking unless you program it daily. It would be nice to have an on/off switch.

Very good coffee maker, capacity for 14 cups of coffee, keeps the coffee hot although over time it gets clogged due to the minerals in the water, they should implement a water salinity filter.

It makes good coffe. The program button isn't working when I touch it to program a new time it doesn't work right away and I have continue tapping the program button before it comes on to program a new time. I wasn't too happy when my coffee maker was delivered in just the original box and not inside another box for extra delivery protection, since it was being shipped. Maybe that's why the program button isn't functioning properly!

Works perfect for us! The large capacity carafe it perfect for several people to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee. Without waiting for an individual pod to brew each cup! Handle is large for a good grip as well.

Cleaning is straightforward, thanks to the special cleaning cycle and the reusable permanent filter basket. The non-stick warming plate is easy to wipe down, ensuring the machine stays in top condition

It works great but wish the program light wouldn’t flash all the time when not in use.
