This is our 2nd Bella coffee maker, we love this 14 cup maker but the touchscreen version is not as easy to operate compared to the old button version which worked just fine. The only reason we bought a new one was because we broke the carafe. We are going back to the button model with the new carafe and will keep this as a backup. I would not recommend the touch over the button model.

Very unhappy with this coffee maker. Already having problems with it. The program button is getting to where it will not work. It is supposed to be a touch sensor but it does not recognize the touch. Also, the brewed coffee is mediocre at best.

Wanted a 14 cup machine, and this is my 2 attempt at getting one that makes coffee that is hot enough. Borderline results at best. My kids boomeranged home, and all I want is enough HOT coffee. I will buy another brand probably. Kind a sick of buying coffee pots, but honestly, my quest continues for the 14 cup pot that makes it HOT (enough)

Very good product. It is more electronic with the brewing so at first it kind of scare you but after using it I fell in love with this coffee maker.

Love this coffee pot The only bad thing is that the coffee pot isn’t replaceable so you have to buy a whole new machine. But still worth it.

Perfect for brewing. Just an annoying blinking button when not In used.

was a gift for Christmas so I don't know yet will know more after Christmas time comes.

Good coffee maker but didn’t come with any instructions for the settings.

I’m not sure why 72% of reviewers would recommend this to a friend, but as on 5/11/2022 that’s where this is at. It feels and looks cheap AND the program button is always flashing. You brew a pot by pressing the Brew Off button which is weird and I took a minute for me to understand its On/Off or Brew/Off instead of just Brew Off. Much better options out there even if this is on sale.

This Bella Pro Series - 14-Cup Touchscreen Coffee Pot Works well. I recommend getting extra large filters. If not, it collapses and you’ll have to deal with grinds in your coffee

Wasn't sure of the product being a 14 cup Brewer. Cause when specifying ounces per cup, they indicate 5 ounces a cup as opposed to the traditional 6 ounce 12 cup Brewer. It actually brews a great pot of coffee.

Always had issues with the "clean" function. Why it doesnt have a simple button for cleaning im not sure. And after less than a year just stopped working completely.. horrible product. Would not buy again. Would take it back if i could

Purchased coffee maker and it worked fine for about a week. Then the clock would change back and the coffee would not be made at the time programmed. Also, after coffee was made the heating element would turn off.

We received it right away. This was a gift and the party that received it enjoyed it very much.

i love it! i leave it ready at night time and coffee is ready when i wake up at 50am its perfect

This is a very good coffee maker, but it needs more descriptive instructions on how to set up and how to use. Took severe tries before finally figuring out how to set brew later.

Great Coffee maker. I really like the function to select brew strength. Some of my coffee's are better are higher strengths than others. I can actually tell a difference too!
