Brewed one carafe of hot water for initial cleaning, then quit working. I bought 2 of these on sale May 29, just now tried to use for the first time. Better use of $$$ on another brand.

We’ve used the Bella for a few years and when it quit a few weeks ago, thank goodness we purchase extended warranty. We upgraded to the touch screen and truly love it also the coffee is hotter.

didnt care of the coffee scoop. i needed more words to get to 50 characters

Junk . Returned the first one due to packaging damage and the new one has a wire shortage — always flashes program.. I reached out to manufacturer and they said to return it again. Threw it away . Garbage

What can I say? It's a sweet coffeemaker. I actually got this because my k-cups weren't enough to get me through the day anymore and we drink alot of coffee in my house. I was also tired of waiting every morning for my k-cups to brew before I left, the programmable Bella works like a charm. It looks great and matches all my stainless appliances that I purchased a year ago from Best Buy. It seems to brew relatively quickly and quietly. It has a built in gold colored filter, which eliminates the need for paper filters. There is a brew strength selector, does it work? I don't really know. I like my coffee strong so I buy strong coffee. I didn't know there was a way to strengthen the coffee. A couple of cons on my end: -The programming feature is easy to use, however I kind of wish it had a backup battery in case the power was to blink but that's just me not wanting to wait for a cup of coffee in the morning. -The buttons sometimes don't work when they're pressed, you have to find a sweet spot and press them on the side. Only happened a few times but those type of problems normally don't get better as appliances age. -The container where you fill up the water is located on the back of the machine and on the back sides, so if there is a counter over the coffee maker, like at my house, you have to pretty much pull the coffee pot all the way out to fill it. Other than that. I give this 4 stars, only taking one away for the quirky button issue. It's good to go.

Great style, controls are simple and easy to use, the included reusable filter is fantastic. My only complaint would be that the caraffe lid is difficult to remove for cleaning.

The machine is nice and brews well but the control panel is very stupid. To brew coffee you push the Brew OFF button, to cancel brewing you push the Brew OFF button.

The unit is nice but lacks a feature to stop the “programming” from flashing if you don’t use it. Kind of annoying.

so far so good - replaced a delonghi espresso combo and so far this works

While the features are nice, after one month of bi-weekly use, the percolating element has failed. It is no longer returnable.

Works fantastic, we use it every day and have no problems with it.

Best coffee pot yet. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is tired of using a filter!! Plus it gives you options for the strength of your coffee.

It takes about 8 minutes to brew, which is very nice and we love the 14 cup pot. It is easy to pour and does not spill like the Mr Coffee pot do.

I think when it comes to small appliances, you really do get what you pay for. In this case you get a good quality coffee maker, with a decent amount of options. Very easy to use and very quiet, This coffee maker can brew 14 cups at a time. Pretty stylish as far as coffee makers go, it has a stainless steel finish, and a glass carafe, you can easily check the water level, and has a good amount of options, like a cleaning cycle, a pass button, and auto shut off etc Very easy to use, cleanup was easy. Reusable coffee filter. I like the design and it is priced just right.

Makes coffee, sure. Whoever came up with the idea to have the program light flash endlessly needs to explain themselves though. Maybe I don't want to program an auto start time on a given day! Don't make me either do that or deal with a constantly flashing light please. Poor design choice. I really don't even understand why it's a thing at all. It's like they tried, and succeeded, to make their coffee maker obnoxious.

Love this coffee pot, this is actually my second, still using the first one got this one as a spare

The coffee pot works great but the carafe is poorly made. I was washing it and never dropped it and the bottom broke. This is the second Bella pro series coffee maker we had that the pot broke. THEY DO NOT SELL REPLACEMENTS FOR THE POT. I will never buy Bella anything again!

Happily surprised with the creamy taste & finish the spray head does instead of the old drip. Enjoying this Bella Pro
