Really liked My Bella coffee pot and had alot of features, but only lasted less than 4 months due to the Heating Pad went out. It wasn't cheap and should have lasted alot Longer.

Bought this coffee pot in May, i run the cleaning cycle every couple weeks. Well today, it shuts off when i try to brew a pot (this was after running a cleaning cycle yesterday.) For being a 7 month old coffee pot, it should not be having issues like this.

The coffee tastes just fine but the clock and timer doesn’t work. We are returning the item.

So far so good. I've only used it for three months now, but it seems solidly built and easy to use. Makes a good cup of coffee when brewing more than "6" cups at a time. A standard 6 cups is more like 3 for me. I still use the K cups at home on occasion, but when filling the thermos for work this saves money. I bought this on a major sale so the value is going to be somewhat higher than typical.

I had to return this because the coffee was too hot.

I purchased this item because it was on sale for a great price and I've been wanting something larger than our 12-cup maker. Overall, I'm pleased with the product. I found the touchscreen a little confusing at first, but figured it out. I can't figure out if there is a way to just use the "Keep Warm" function. I do like the modern look. Overall, I would recommend.

Was Christmas present for daughter she says its crap

The date is June 6 & my fully paid coffee maker was estimated to arrive on May 26th. I’m told I have to wait 8 business days (excluding weekends) to verify that I’m the item is not lost or stolen with their 3rd party delivery company. Absolutely dissatisfied with this purchase.

Unfortunately when i purchased the product and it did not want to brew any coffee. I even called customer service and nobody was able to help. Id stay away from this product. Customer service was horrible. Only thing I liked about it was the way it looked in my kitchen.

Bought it back in May and it's broken already. The handle has broken an separated from the glass at the top of the carafe. It's only been 5 months.

We have owned this model coffee maker for over 10 years. This latest updated unit is a disaster!!!!! The LED Screen flashes all day & nite & cannot be altered. Stay Away from this Maker!!

Bella Pro Series - 14-Cup Touchscreen Coffee Maker - Stainless Steel The Bella Pro Series touch screen coffee maker produces up to 14 cups and as little as 4 cups. It has 4 brew setting. The first is 1-4 cups, then 3 strength settings. It comes with the permanent filter screen as well as a measuring cup for adding the correct amount of coffee. The water fill reservoir sets behind the unit making it almost impossible to fill without sliding it out onto your counter. It also is only accessible by opening the top. If you want to make more coffee after it stops, like for a party or some other function, opening the top will produce a lot of dangerous steam and hot water splattering. The coffee it produces is really the same as any other coffee maker. It has a really nice clock with easy to read numbers. There are touch buttons for each function. You must read the manual in order to understand what some of them do. But that’s no different than any other new electronic device you purchase. Overall, this is a 14 cup coffee maker that looks great but has a few failings. The buttons don’t always work when touched. Sometimes you need to touch them 2 or even 3 times to get them to respond. If you hold the unit down with your other hand they do work better. The filter basket just sets in place, nothing to hold it in place except a protrusion so you can only put it in one way, but that doesn’t hold it down. The permanent filter screen allows a form of coffee mud to form in the carafe, you need to use a paper filter along with the screen. The biggest flaw is in the programming function of the unit. No matter what you do, you MUST use the program function or your going to see a flashing “Program” button after a few minutes. I have read the manual cover to cover and have looked on the internet. This seems to be normal for this unit. As soon as you touch the program button, everything returns to normal, for a few minutes. Then it starts flashing again. As long as you don’t care that your coffee maker is always flashing “Program” then this might be fine for you. To me a flashing light in my kitchen is telling me something is wrong. Well, nothings wrong, it’s just that Bella decided to force the program function down your throat. Bella’s insistence that you use the program function, or deal with the flashing light, makes this a no sale for me. I don’t mind a program function, but I don’t use one and no one I currently know does. Somewhere, someone must, and this is the coffee maker for you. There are places on the internet where people are complaining about this flashing light. Bella’s going to be getting a lot of these back.

Broke after 1.5 years nothing works. It doesnt clean itself or is very easy to use.

The coffee tastes horrible no matter how you try to make it. Way overpriced for a basic $20 coffee pot

We just had our second one die. I have to go through the whole warranty BS again. Don’t buy!

Takes an hour to make a pot, and the buttons aren't responsive. They take multiple presses.

Well first not a big coffee drinker but do love a cup from time to time and love it strong. The carafe has settings for several brews one being very bold, which I use mostly. The styling as others said is nice, not overly bold, blends in well with my kitchen and I think most other kitchens. The touch screen is bright and easy to use. I like the keep warm feature, so you wake to a nice warm pot of coffee. The features are good and the price is good for the size and overall features and styling. Oh yes makes a very good pot of coffee.

Over priced. Slowest coffee maker on market. Would not buy again. Id return it if I still could.

Disappointed I got this to replace my 3 other ones that broke and doesn’t make coffee warm enough and has a bad taste
