Happy with my purchase, very easy to use and so ease to clean

Although I have been a regular at a nationwide coffee shop/store for years, I have lately had a craving for the basic cup of coffee you could always find at my Grandmother's house. I decided to try this coffeemaker as I had given mine away years ago. Love it! There is something to be said about the smell of brewing coffee. You can set this up before going to bed and wake up to fresh brewed coffee. It will keep the coffee hot for a few hours, which makes a second and third cup easy to get, no drive thru required!

Average coffee maker with good stylish body but complex mechanics

People who are writing bad reviews aren’t reading the instructions correctly. I’m glad I didn’t pay attention and got it! I love it so much

Brews very fast, great strength setting options, I like that it has optional timer and that it auto shuts off after hours.

Very nice digital touch screen design. Use the guide because programming was a little confusing.

Wow, I was looking forward to getting this coffee maker but quickly disappointed. Let me start off by saying that this is the first time I had to read the manual to even make the most basic of cups of coffee. I was bothered to find that there is no way to just push a button and brew now per se to make coffee. It is a process and so change the schedule you jump through several unintuitive steps. The instructions give you steps to set or reset the clock and they are just not accurate. It says to complete the process you have to press one of the other buttons but the other buttons are gone or not visible. This coffee maker has presence and would look nice on your counter but you will be frustrated to use it. The water reservoir is inconvenient and not easy to pour water into because of the design. This is great for one thing and only one thing, if you want to schedule when your coffee should be available in the next 24 hours. You can set it and then walk away. But then you need to reset the whole thing to set it again. The manual states several times to not allow the coffee pot to make water with the level below min. Should it not just not allow itself to function if that was such a show stopper. The funny thing is that I was impressed with the look of the coffee pot and the permanent filter included. It made we want to take those two pieces and find a better coffee maker they would work with. I apologize if this review is too harsh but I was that dissappointed.

Good to have something simple to throw on and pour a nice cup in the morning before the traffic filled drive.

Disappointed because i got it on sale and its a nice looking coffee maker. When I tried to use it for the first time, only 2 of the touchscreen buttons worked (the “brew off” and “strength “ buttons) and because of this it could not brew any coffee.

Been an hour and it’s not brewing coffee at all, returning it the touchscreen is worthless and very confusing and only brew and strength button works

When making coffee, the coffee doesn’t drip directly into carafe, hits on side and runs down the side onto heating plate

It makes good coffee but the touch screen panel doesn't work. It is poorly designed. I do not recommend.

This is not a good product. CS was terrible. I returned it for a good ole Mr. coffee

To hard to figure out coffee pot don’t stay on for long after making

Machine is great, but carafe is extremely fragile and there is no replacement available.
