Great product, arrived damaged

The plastic nub that attached the coffee pot lid was broken off. Other than that, the coffee brews quickly and the machine looks fancy.

Returned and 2nd one is good. 18 cups is a nice feature for me. Simple to use and coffe tastes great. Would give 5stars except 1st one leaked. Best Buy made it right and replaced it hassle free.

Coffee bees quickly and is hot. Very easy to clean the water tank which is a great feature. If you are tired of coffee makers breaking all the time or not making good coffee, this one will not let you down. Highly recommend!

Great Unit to start your day!

Easy to fill, filter cleans up nicely, nice large pot, makes coffee quickly and yummy. Settings are easy to program, from timer to strength. Favorite part, it has timer to keep warm up to 4 hours with visible countdown. We are very happy with it.

I loved this coffee maker for a whole 5 months. While rinsing the carafe it cracked a hole through the bottom. I contacted Bella to inquire about purchasing a replacement. They had me go through a whole process of sending pictures and video for their review only to tell me that this does not fall under normal wear/tear warranty and that they do no sell replacement parts and suggested a google search to find one, which I had already done before contacting them. A waste of time for both them and me. Be very careful when washing and rinsing.
