I've had this coffee maker for two years now and I use it daily. I've had zero problems with it. It's very easy to clean and is perfect for a household of 6 adults.

9 August I have it. I have seen bad reviews of this coffee maker. I was worried about that. I have used it every day. I have scheduled it for the other day. Everything has worked for me perfectly.The material is not of the best quality. It's plastic. For what I pay, I am more than satisfied, it works well for me. Good, nice and cheap.

This is by far the best coffee maker I have ever owned. I have been using this every single day since I purchased it. My favorite is to brew over ice. The large metal carafe adds the value. I have had glass pots easily shatter. Havent had any issues yet, now only if i could get one for at work too haha. K CUP and Filter 4 Drip brew. Milk frother. Friendly buttons/user system

I bought this coffee maker for my office staff and it is the perfect size coffee maker for a small office. This is the only coffee maker I found online that is 18 cups. Everything else I found online is only 14 cups. You do not have to worry about buying filters for this because it has a reusable filter you can wash every time you use it. The design is very sleek and not bulky. I highly recommend this product for anyone!

Attractive, easy to use, makes very good coffee (you can adjust strengths) and XL for all households with ppl who drink too much coffee. Everything is easy to get to so it's simple to clean. My only con is that this does not keep coffee as hot as I'd like. I haven't seen this on other reviews but it's almost like the hot plate doesn't work at all. I adjusted the time for the hotplate to remain on but I always end up putting my cup in the microwave to reheat. Overall, a good purchase at the (significant) discount when I purchased.

Works great to make a large pot of coffee. Only thing I don't like is that once it shuts off it can not be turned back on to keep coffee hot. I set it to 4 hours of keeping hot and after that must heat in the microwave. A little hard to clean also but still happy with it

Overall it’s an ok coffee machine. It’s not the one I wanted, but saw complaints about the touch screen version. So I went with this. Anyway. I love the ability to brew up to 18 cups & the option to only brew 1-4 cups..for those days we don’t need much. I like there’s an option to change brew strength..regular, gourmet or bold. Coffee flavor has been great so far. Cons I learned today, unllike other machines, if you press the brew button, to keep the plate hot, once it’s gone off from a power outage or the 2 hour limit, it doesn’t work After a brew, the condensation is really bad up top, after a long time….and in the carafe as well. You get quite a bit of water, with each cup of coffee. Other than the few cons, I’d recommend this drip machine, if you’re huge coffee drinkers.
