This coffee maker can make as much coffee as you could possibly want at one time. I bought it when it went on a deal of the day sale for a good discount.

Bought a bella long time ago great coffe pot from pennys it kicked the bucket purchased another from best buy 18 cup maker and again great maker husband loves it

Easy to use and set up. Makes good pot of coffee and keeps warm for 2 hours

This is a great coffee maker, love that it is 18 cups and I can keep it warm for up to 4 hours. Very easy to use.

Big fan of Bella coffee makers. I replaced our 14 cup model with this one and it does make fine coffee. However it does have downsides related to the capacity. First it is large just squeezes under our kitchen cabinet. Second the carafe is heavy especially when you use the capacity. Third it stays wet around the basket and leaks a bit more when you pour while brewing. Finally the included filter is ok but coarse not ideal for fine ground coffee. Note it takes #4 Melitta filters if you want to use paper. Not really a big ding but I also prefer all glass carafes. Likewise when you fill the tank the carafe lid and tank lids interfere with one another not allowing the carafe to fully empty.

The absolute best coffee maker I have ever owned. My family drinks a ton of coffee and this baby brews a ton. Simple to use and EASY to fill

I've had for a few weeks, but definitely an upgrade to my original 12 cup. Got brewing level how I want it. I haven't used the clean option yet But should work well as the coffeemaker.

Wow! This coffee maker makes coffee so quiet compared to another brand. Purchased on Deal of the Day and definitely worth it. Brews fantastic coffee and won’t wake anyone one up.

Love it makes 18 cups. I wish it had a warmer setting to keep it warmer longer than the internal timer, but I guess that is what the microwave is for

Best Coffee Maker I've used so far! So easy to use. The program is superb. The only thing I dislike about this is the reusable filter. I would definitely buy this brand again!

Five star for size, but, every time the pot is removed, the machine will drip on the hot pad... and be sure to pour your coffee over the sink, unless you don’t mind cleaning coffee off your counter every time you get a cup. These aren’t deal breakers, but it’s something to think about.

I am giving this coffee pot 2 stars only Because it makes coffee and eighteen cups at that which ia great. The coffee is hot. Now the negative. This coffee pot is hard to clean. The coffee gets caught up in the lid holes. The water reservoir smells horrible like musty plastic and it has never gotten any better over the year and a half that we've had it. It also has no water filter. There is no way to turn the heating element back on to warm the coffee back up without adding more water to the reservoir. There was a button to change the strength of the coffee but it does nothing. I would not buy this coffee pot again or recommend it to anyone else.

I like the ease of getting the machine started every day in the morning. Do not have to change the coffee filter and it cleans real good, unlike machines from other brands.

Does its job with no fuss. Was easy to set up and use, even comes with a reusable filter and scoop for grounds. Has a couple adjustable settings for strength of brew.

Very happy with our new coffee maker! It is fast and makes great coffee. We only make 10 cups usually but bought this one because it was on sale.

For the price, it seems to make coffee just as good as the more e expensive coffee makers.

This coffee maker makes excellent coffee, it is very nice looking in the black stainless and it is the only one I found that makes 18 cups!
