We are trying to make gluten free bread. So far the bread tastes good but can't get it to be more than a half loaf size wise. Trying new bread flour soon. Also tried the dough function for pizza, came out great and very easy to cleanup.

My 1st experience with a bread maker. I purchased all fresh ingredients: bread flour, fast-acting yeast, non-iodized salt, purified (non-chlorinated) water, sugar, & vegetable oil. After opening and unboxing the appliance I followed the instruction manual, washed & dried the bread pan, paddle, measuring utensils, and the inside of the lid, returned them to the machine and "baked for 10 minutes" to burn off the minerals & oils used in manufacturing. At the end of that cycle I allowed the parts to cool and then removed them as instructed for another run through warm, soapy water in the sink. I noticed a white ring of build-up around the exterior base of the bread pan, resembling either salt or calcium build-up or even melted styrofoam. It removed very easily during the second washing process. Dried, reassembled, and got down to bread-making. It's completed the "kneading" (a bit noisey) and "rising" cycles and is now half-way through the baking cycle. The smell is incredible! All I had to do was measure & add the wet ingredients, then the salt & sugar, then the bread flour, and finally the yeast. Lower the lid, push the button, and let the Bella Pro Series Bread Maker work its magic. If this bread tastes half as good as it smells then we have a winner!

It has been a couple years since I last owned a breadmaker and threw it away when i didn't like how the bread turned out. I purchased this breadmaker when it was on sale and it turned out much better than the one I had before. But of course, I have only used the basic mode so far.

It's an excellent item for the price. It's a perfect size. Cleanup is easy.

Bought on sale, and we love it. Makes great bread. My wife originally was mixing ingredients in a separate bowl, but has found she can do it all at once in the bread maker. Still comes out great. Also, this unit has up to 10 seconds of memory, which keeps it operating if the power goes out briefly, which happens quite often in Florida.

Just used the bread machine for the first time last night. Used a pre-packaged bread mix, just add water, oil and yeast. Selected medium crust. Took 3 hours for a perfectly baked loaf of bread. The crust was medium and crispy without being burned. The inside was tender and delicious.

Machine works great , I have made bread in it 4 times , bread came out perfect every time ! Works way better than my old machine , crust doesn’t get too well done like the old one
